1. Information we collect

Account information (name, email) via our authentication provider; project data you enter (briefs, plans, tasks); and usage data (feature interactions, AI request counts) needed to enforce plan limits and improve the product.

2. How we use it

To provide the service (generate plans, store your workspace data), to bill your subscription, and to communicate service updates. Project briefs are sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude, depending on configuration) solely to generate your plan.

3. Data sharing

We share data with the sub-processors required to run the service: our database and auth provider, our AI provider, and our payment processor. We do not sell your data.

4. Data retention & deletion

Workspace data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication sessions, and, where enabled, analytics cookies to understand product usage.
