Is this a statutory payroll system?
Not yet. Time log computes gross pay — hours, overtime, holiday rates, bonuses, advances and leave. Income tax and social contributions are not calculated.
Which currency does it use?
One currency per organization, chosen at registration and used for every amount from then on.
