1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using DynTask, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Accounts & workspaces

You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Each workspace is billed according to its selected plan tier.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time from the billing portal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. AI-generated content

Plans, timelines, and reports are generated by AI from the information you provide. Review AI output before relying on it for budgets, contracts, or safety-critical decisions — DynTask does not guarantee accuracy.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use DynTask to store unlawful content, attempt to breach other workspaces' data, or abuse the AI features (e.g. automated scraping of plan generation beyond your plan's limits).

6. Termination

You may stop using DynTask and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimer & liability

DynTask is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
